\nbuilding on what’s given from the diversity of people’s thoughts and perspectives
\nso try and drop the assumption that you know how to do things
\nand already know the solution
\nstray away from the direct path
\ntake risks
\ndon’t be afraid to make mistakes
\nbecause it’s only from the mistakes that we learn
