Camera Mounts"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Keeping with the iPhone theme, I noticed on a friend&#8217;s Facebook page this morning a <a title=\"hypebeast\" href=\"http:\/\/hypebeast.com\/2010\/07\/iphone-4-dslr-lens\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ridiculous looking<\/a> iPhone lens modification (which unfortunately wouldn&#8217;t really work that well with a 35mm lens, due to the tiny size of the sensor in the iPhone, unless you wanted a super zoom lens that is)&#8230; although <a title=\"iPhone telephoto lens\" href=\"http:\/\/www.iwantoneofthose.com\/iphone-telephoto-lens-and-tripod\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">this<\/a> looks weird too<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/brendanmitchell.files.wordpress.com\/2010\/07\/iphone-dslr-lens.jpeg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1349\" title=\"iphone-DSLR-Lens\" src=\"http:\/\/brendanmitchell.files.wordpress.com\/2010\/07\/iphone-dslr-lens.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"480\" height=\"319\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Anyway it jogged my memory of the <a title=\"Owle Bubo\" href=\"http:\/\/www.wantowle.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Owle Bubo<\/a> I&#8217;d seen a few months ago, which in essence is a camera mount for the iPhone 3G \/ 3Gs (<a title=\"Owle Bubo iPhone 4\" href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=a-AxAsCiI3k\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">iPhone 4 adapter in the works<\/a>). below are a couple of good reviews by Taz Goldstein from Handheld Hollywood, and another by Blunty 3000 <em>(scroll to 4:30 of Blunty&#8217;s review to see how customisable\/crazy the Owle can be!)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>NB: as it has 4 standard tripod connections, you could even use it with a <a title=\"Hoodman Wristshot\" href=\"http:\/\/www.hoodmanusa.com\/prodinfo.asp?number=H-WS1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hoodman WristShot<\/a> or a <a title=\"Fig Rig\" href=\"http:\/\/www.warehouseexpress.com\/buy-Manfrotto-595B-Fig-Rig\/p1008408?cm_mmc=GoogleBase-_-Tripods-and-Monopods-_-Video-Tripods-_-Manfrotto-595B-Fig-Rig_1008408\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FigRig<\/a> by Mike Figgis, or the <a title=\"Steady Wonder\" href=\"http:\/\/steadywonder.com\/english\/?gclid=CKPUq83C2aICFRMslAodzFoExQ\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Steady Wonder<\/a> (all of which can be used with DSLR&#8217;s or camcorders)&#8230;
